  • Check‑in and move‑out inspections with photographs.
  • Periodic interim inspections with reports to you.
  • Handling maintenance queries from tenants and arranging contractors where required (with your approval except in emergencies).
  • Managing end‑of‑tenancy works and deposit negotiations in line with current regulations.
